Spero Georgedakis founded Good Greek Moving and Storage in 2015. In less than a decade, Good Greek Moving and Storage has grown to become the largest independent moving company in Florida. Today, Good Greek Moving and Storage has more than 500 employees and hundreds of trucks in operation. The company offers moving, storage, debris removal, auto transportation and relocation concierge services. Georgedakis, the Good Greek, has helped relocate more than 500,000 customers over his career. As a result of his experience and expertise, more people refer Good Greek Moving and Storage to their neighbors than any other moving company in Florida. Good Greek Relocation Systems, Georgedakis' newest venture, features affiliated businesses that offer real-estate services (Good Greek Realty), financial services (Good Greek Lending) and insurance services (Good Greek Insurance). Good Greek Relocation Systems is the world's first company to offer a complete package of relocation services under one company banner.
Georgedakis grew up in New York as the son of Greek immigrants. After suffering an injury playing college football, Georgedakis joined the North Miami police department at age 19. Georgedakis spent seven years on the force, five of those years as a member of the elite Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team. In 1997, Georgedakis entered the moving business in Charlotte, NC. After nearly 20 years helping develop moving-and-storage franchises, Georgedakis founded his own successful moving company. Georgedakis established the Good Greek Foundation in 2020. Good Greek Moving and Storage supports the Palm Beach County Homeless Coalition and the South Florida Red Cross, where Georgedakis serves on the Board of Directors Georgedakis is a member of St. Catherine's Greek Church in West Palm Beach, FL., where he champions Greek Festivals throughout the region.
