A graduate of Iowa State University majoring in Accounting, Michael started his NFC career in January of 2007 as a Biller. In June of 2008, he was promoted to Billing Manager, overseeing all invoicing and collections. In 2013, Michael was promoted to Director, DOD Programs, where he focused on NFC’s DOD compliance and strategy, working closely with Transportation Service Providers and maintaining the company’s strong relationship with USTRANSCOM. In January of 2019, Michael took over as President for NFC. 

Wade Swikle is the founder and CEO of 2 College Brothers Moving, Storage and Franchising, host of the Grow Your Moving Company Podcast, and co-founder of Moving Titan Retreats. Wade’s entrepreneurial adventure began over a decade ago when, as a student at the University of Florida, he embarked on a path to create his own moving company armed with just $600 and a pickup truck. Against all odds, he transformed his humble beginnings into a multi-million-dollar business with multiple locations.

After spending his childhood in rural NE Pennsylvania, Justin Hart moved to Mesa, AZ in 1996. He spent his teenage years working for an unpacking company called All Settled In. There, they would come into the home after a move to unpack items, organize, and remove the boxes and debris. After high school, Hart went on to start college and spent the next four years working at Shurgard Self Storage. Through working in the storage industry, he saw an incredible need for quality movers.

Steven Goldbach leads Deloitte’s Sustainability business in the US, which serves the complex and novel challenges our clients face across issues such as climate adaptation and other challenges associated with creating a more sustainable future.

Jamie McDaniel has extensive experience in the transportation industry, having worked in various managerial and leadership roles. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, Jamie has a proven track record of successfully growing businesses, managing operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Crystal brings over 20 years of leadership experience in federal acquisition, contracting, compliance, and workforce development. Most recently, Crystal led large-scale compliance programs and workforce initiatives across multiple federal agencies at GSA’s Information Technology Category (ITC). She’s built her career driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and regulatory leadership at the highest levels of government service, with earlier roles at GSA, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and private industry supporting the U.S. Navy.

Kelly Stason is an experienced Vice President Hospitality skilled in Logistics Management, Management, Warehouse Operations, and Business Development

Chad Coatney is the owner and founder of Master Movers LLC, a Florida-based moving and delivery company known for its professionalism, reliability, and customer-first approach.

Originally born in Sarasota, Florida, Chad spent part of his youth in a small town in Illinois, an experience that shaped his work ethic and appreciation for hands-on labor. After briefly attending community college, he made the decision to return to Florida in search of greater opportunity and to avoid pursuing a path that did not align with his long-term goals.
