Dr. Edward Seiler is an economist with over 20 years of experience in financial services. He currently serves as Associate Vice President for Housing Economics at the Mortgage Bankers Association.
His responsibilities include performing economic and econometric research to support MBA’s forecasts and policy positions, writing research reports, and supporting MBA’s affordable housing initiatives.
Lindsay Bur is a Senior Economic Analyst with the American Trucking Associations reporting directly to the Chief Economist. Since joining ATA in 2021, Lindsay has led the publication of numerous economic reports and stewards the collection and analysis of economic data as it relates to the trucking industry. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s in economics and a minor in statistical analysis.
Eric is the Government Relationship and Sales Manager and has been with U.S. Bank for 17 years. In his current role, he is responsible for the retention and growth of government customers and driving critical aspects of the Freight Audit and Payment programs.
After spending his childhood in rural NE Pennsylvania, Justin Hart moved to Mesa, AZ in 1996. He spent his teenage years working for an unpacking company called All Settled In. There, they would come into the home after a move to unpack items, organize, and remove the boxes and debris. After high school, Hart went on to start college and spent the next four years working at Shurgard Self Storage. Through working in the storage industry, he saw an incredible need for quality movers.
Originally from Oklahoma, T. Ray’s family’s roots in business extend back to 1889. The challenges his family faced not only created an abundance of knowledge to pass on to his clients, but also fueled his passion for working exclusively with families owning businesses.

Steven McKenna is currently the Vice President and General Manager for Allied Van Lines, located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL in support of the Allied Van Lines agent network. He is responsible for ensuring the health and growth of the Allied brand and the partner agents. Steven most recently directed the Military channel in support of both Allied and North American Van Lines.
Michael Gonzalez has been working in the moving industry since 2004 and is currently holding the position of VP of Maverick Forwarding (An Apple Moving company). The company has 23 agencies throughout the US that handles DOD, national accounts, COD and O&I. Apple Moving also operates as a forwarder primarily focusing on domestic military DOD business. Michael is currently serving as Chair of the ATA Moving and Storage Conference Independent Movers Committee and as a member of the Board of Directors for ATA Moving and Storage Conference.
