Jonathan’s work has always focused on the movement of goods through the supply chain. Today this is both a top challenge and a source of opportunity for almost every company. He knows the players in the game, mobilizes quickly, and his Chambers USA National Band 1 ranked practice has the best bench in the business.

A graduate of Iowa State University majoring in Accounting, Michael started his NFC career in January of 2007 as a Biller. In June of 2008, he was promoted to Billing Manager, overseeing all invoicing and collections. In 2013, Michael was promoted to Director, DOD Programs, where he focused on NFC’s DOD compliance and strategy, working closely with Transportation Service Providers and maintaining the company’s strong relationship with USTRANSCOM. In January of 2019, Michael took over as President for NFC. 

Wade Swikle is the founder and CEO of 2 College Brothers Moving, Storage and Franchising, host of the Grow Your Moving Company Podcast, and co-founder of Moving Titan Retreats. Wade’s entrepreneurial adventure began over a decade ago when, as a student at the University of Florida, he embarked on a path to create his own moving company armed with just $600 and a pickup truck. Against all odds, he transformed his humble beginnings into a multi-million-dollar business with multiple locations.

Jordan McDaniel Hinkebein is the Senior Director of Internal Communications and Special Projects where she is responsible for all communication strategies and messaging within Hilldrup as well as fostering community partnerships and philanthropic relationships in support of the company’s culture. In her role she also leads strategic projects as directed and needed by the executive team.

With a wide range of clients, Ken Bryant regularly represents businesses in seeking a resolution of disputes whether in litigation or by way of alternative dispute resolution/mediation. Ken represents his clients in general business litigation of all types in both state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Jamie McDaniel has extensive experience in the transportation industry, having worked in various managerial and leadership roles. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, Jamie has a proven track record of successfully growing businesses, managing operations, and providing excellent customer service.
