He provides thought leadership, economic outlook presentations, and forecasting support to the firm’s leadership for a variety of property types and stakeholders. James has an extensive background as a global macroeconomist and has provided strategic consulting for many of the world’s largest investment banks and corporations during his previous roles at Moody’s Analytics and S&P Global.

After spending his childhood in rural NE Pennsylvania, Justin Hart moved to Mesa, AZ in 1996. He spent his teenage years working for an unpacking company called All Settled In. There, they would come into the home after a move to unpack items, organize, and remove the boxes and debris. After high school, Hart went on to start college and spent the next four years working at Shurgard Self Storage. Through working in the storage industry, he saw an incredible need for quality movers.

Scott Kelly leads Suddath Government Services, dedicated to providing only the best in worldwide relocation services to over 30,000 military and government agency personnel and their families.

Peter has significant experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as private debt and equity financings.  In addition, he counsels clients with respect to general contract drafting and negotiation matters, joint ventures, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements and other day-to-day corporate matters.

David Harrell is a speaker and disability advocate, originally from Brunswick, Georgia. He uses his hysterical comedic sensibilities, powerful stories and a crazy cast of characters from his life’s journey growing up with a disability to challenge audiences to not let circumstances peel away the core of their humanity.

Oded Carmi is the President of DN Van Lines, a nationwide moving and storage company headquartered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with locations in Virginia and Florida.
