MSC will offer tabletop exhibits which will include a complimentary full meeting registration and an additional registration at a reduced rate. More details on the tabletop opportunity and exhibitor registration will be available soon.

Registration is required to attend ANY event activities. Full Meeting Registration includes all ATA Moving & Storage Conference (MSC) Annual Meeting activities, including sessions, receptions, breaks, food functions, and access to the TMC Annual Meeting exhibit area.
*First-time registrants, email Registrations@trucking.org to see if you qualify and receive the promotion code. The code must be entered in the Promotion Code field on the Review & Payment screen when registering online.
**Exhibitor registrants - email Registrations@trucking.org or MSC@trucking.org to verify qualification and receive the online discount code. The code must be entered in the Promotion code field on the Review & Payment screen to discount your registration.

CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL changes and cancellations require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to Registrations@trucking.org.
CHANGES: Friday, February 21 is the deadline for all change/substitution/transfer
requests. Beginning Sunday, March 9, change requests will be accepted on-site at the MSC Registration Desk.
CANCELLATIONS: The deadline to cancel a Full Meeting registration (including Exhibitors) and receive a refund less a $200 per person cancellation fee has expired.
No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after February 5.
February 28 is the deadline to submit a new registration via email or fax. Online and On-site registrations are always available.
